A recipe sent to me by my sister-in-law, Katie Muller.

Ingredients:

  • 144 g (1 1/2 cups) Almond Flour
  • 2.5 g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) Tahin
  • 80-107 g (1/4 - 1/3 cup) Maple Syrup

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients, add water if too dry, and more flour if too wet. Roll into small balls, press with fork, and bake at 350F for 8-10 min.
