Ingredients

  • 113 g (1/2 cup) Butter
  • 110 g (1/2 cup) Brown sugar
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) White sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) water
  • 2 g (1/2 tsp) vanilla
  • 94 g (3/4 cup) flour
  • 3 g (1/2 tsp) baking soda
  • 120 g (1 1/2 cup) rolled oats
  • 213 g (1 1/4 cup) chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars
  2. Add egg, water, and vanilla.
  3. Mix. Add all other ingredients
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10-11 min.

Makes approx 2 dozen cookies per batch
