I’m exploring and playing with some elements of Bryan Johnson’s health protocol.

A big part of that is nutrition.

There are two meals that make regular occurrence in the protocol: Nutty Pudding (the recipe shown below), and Super Veggie (linked here).

Below is instructions (slightly modified and rephrased) for prepping Nutty Pudding.

I’m reposting it here for easier personal reference (and to be able to include my modifications).

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp (33 g) ground macadamia nuts

  • 1 tsp (2.5 g) of ground flaxseed

  • 2 tsp (8 g) of ground walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp (6 g) cocoa

  • 1 tsp sunflower lecithin

  • 1/2 tsp (1.5 g) cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp (20 g) chia seeds

  • 2 grams brazil nuts (~1/4 nut)

  • 100 mL Macadamia Nut Milk

  • 1/2 cup (100 g) of either blueberries/raspberries/strawberries (your choice)

  • 3 cherries

  • 2 oz (60 g) pomegranate juice

  • 30-60 g pea protein

2. Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except for 1/4 cup berries, the chia seeds, and the protein powder.
  • Pour into a dish.
  • Add the remaining 1/4 cup berries, the 2 Tbsp of chia seeds, and the protein powder.

If you want, you also can add a Tbsp of honey.
