We’ve all got things we’ve been putting off dealing with.
Even as I say that, you probably have a bit of anxiety well up thinking about (or trying to not think about) one of those things.
So, let’s do this together:
Think of one thing you’ve been putting off.
Now, before you sleep tonight, Take One Step towards making it happen.
Think of the one “next action”, no matter how small, that you can take to move forward. Then, make that one small step happen before you sleep tonight.
As Sanderson puts it, “The most important step a man can take is not the first one, is it?
It’s the NEXT one. Always the next step.”
